Hello
Kimberly. My name is Padrica N., an aspiring electrologist and current
electrolysis patient. Your website caught my attention while browsing various
information on electrology and I am pleased with the high standards you
associate your organization with.
I am originally from California
where my desire to open an electrolysis practice was born. Due to unexpected
circumstances I have since relocated to the state of Washington. During my
research on licensing requirements for this state, I found that there are none.
I must admit as an electrolysis patient while in California, I found that very
odd and disturbing. I really did think all states had licensing requirements to
practice electrology.
By my own ethical standards and the pride I
take in providing my very best to future electrolysis patients, I do look
forward to becoming a "Five Star Electrologist" and joining your organization.
Being that the state of Washington has no State approved and monitored schools,
I do feel it is worth it to attend training in a state that does. I plan to
attend the American Institute of Education back in California. I have very high
regard for this school having received very good results as a patient. I too
will run my practice as if it were subject to state inspection anytime, as that
should be no surprise.
My deepest admiration for your passion to
preserve and uphold the integrity of this profession. I look forward to joining
this guild soon.
Also....I wanted to know if you were in fact a
school? I did research your website but I was unclear on the training you
provide. Can you please expound on your training services, or the Certified
Educational Upgrade information listed on your website?
Regards,

Boston School of Electrolyis™
Dear Padrica,
It’s letters like yours that make me feel good inside because I really care and about this profession and have always been involved in its education concerning the practice of computerized electrolysis. Additionally, The Boston School Of Electrolysis™ is a “Finishing School” for the licensed and registered electrologist who wants to be able to offer their patients the absolute best. In regards to being America’s First Computer Electrology Specialist™© the first computerized epilator was invented and marketed in 1985 by the R.A. Fischer Company, and I was quite fortunate to have purchased the very first one to the latest model. In the Electrolysis-Electrology Industry the computerized epilator is the most underutilized cutting edge technology available to the electrologist.
Padrica, electrologists who have not kept up with new equipment are really holding themselves and their patients progress back. In addition, the computerized epilator is electrolysis technology at its very best and it improves the electrologists performance and skill that makes our electrologists work so much easier, when using the short-wave mode one can do up to 600 hundred hairs per hour and I can personally guarantee my patients in writing the most comfortable treatment with absolutely no pitting, scarring or scabbing. Also the computerized epilator insures exact timing when doing Galvanic and Blend modes. In addition, no footswitches makes smooth insertions with high concentration with a distinct focus routine to your work. However, it is most important to point out that the computerized epilator requires advanced practical training and programming that is so simple without the complicated presets offered by other manufacturers.
Furthermore when an electrologist learns and unlocks the computerized epilators advantages it places the licensed and registered electrologist who have that natural ability and who want to excel to the upper echelons of the profession.
Padrica, the Electrolysis-Electrology Industry needs future licensed and registered electrologist like you and especially in states with no license requirements such as Washington State. Its admirable that are you are seeking a professional education that will result in you attaining professional licensure let alone the advantage you will have practicing in state with no requirements. I am looking forward to you becoming a member of The Five Star Electrologist Guild™. In fact, your letter with photo will be placed in a special new category Future Five Star Electrologists© Student Electrologists Directory that you can place in you professional portfolio. In addition this is what professional electrologists call self-promotion that you can add to your Five Star Electrologist Guild™ web page and your professional portfolio when you graduate and open your practice.
Padrica, there are going to be special online courses and I recommend you read The Five Star Electrologits© Diagnostic Case© and the instruction on how to do a correct history. In addition there is an article called The Voltage line Regulator© of which I know will be most helpful before you open your practice and while you are in class. Furthermore, now that the new site is up there will be a new course aka an article about every four weeks. Providing these courses is my way of sharing my experience and knowledge that will help other electrologists, their patients and the profession.
CEU Certified Educational Upgrades
Padrica, licensed and registered electrologists in certain states are required to take a Certified Educational Upgrades to renew the licenses. As you can see the course can be used for that in addition it offers allot of valuable information so the electrologist not only looks but understands the patients needs and their physical and emotional status and that can make difference in selecting the patients best course of treatments.
Padrica, just one note when you are close to graduating always shop around and compare prices and know what manufacturer has the best technical stats and ratings for a computerized epilator and other equipment.
Sincerely,
Kimberly Williams, R.E., Dean
